sundress season.

folks, ’tis the season…for sundresses.

i openly admit to wearing a sundress at this very moment.

the weather is warming up and the solar angle of elevation is increasing; high pressure bands are defining our days with lots of sunshine and soft breezes, making summer a taste closer than it was a week ago.

granted, it’s only april — the beginning of april, at that! we are already having weather in the mid-80s here in sweet north carolina and i cannot begin to tell you how greatly it is affecting my mental state. i love it.

there’s something special about the combination of sunbeams streaming into the open windows of my explorer plus the who blasting from my two good speakers on the driver’s side that makes life extra wonderful.

but i saw the most attractive boy at dinner tonight in st. augustine. (sigh) he was so dreamy.

makes me want to bust out a new ‘do, some flirty dresses, and a good pair of espadrilles. C’MON SPRING.
